18-year-old John had been struggling with a severe swelling of his lower jaw (mandible), a condition that steadily affected his ability to eat and speak.
Without timely treatment, the condition risked causing permanent damage to the jaw and surrounding structures. John urgently required specialised maxillofacial surgery to remove the swelling and restore normal function.

Under the care of maxillofacial surgeon Dr Adrian Kamulegeya, John successfully underwent surgery to treat the swelling in his lower mandible.
