Post-Op Success: Vincent has returned to school. 

We’re proud to share that 16-year-old Vincent has successfully undergone surgery to repair a large and painful inguinal hernia and he’s now well on the road to recovery!

Vincent is a dedicated student with a bright future, but his condition had begun to seriously affect his daily life, causing constant discomfort and putting him at risk of dangerous complications. In cases like his, the threat of intestinal strangulation is real and without immediate access to emergency care, it can be life-threatening.

Thanks to your incredible support, that risk is now gone. Dr. Dan Namuguzi performed a successful inguinal hernia repair, a simple, low-cost surgery with a truly life-changing impact.

Vincent is now healing well, no longer in pain, and can return to school and focus on his studies without fear or discomfort. His family is deeply relieved, knowing he’s safe and healthy.
