Tim has had the operation he needed 🩺

Tim has had successful surgery for hypospadias.

Hypospadias repairs are really important operations for us to fund as it can really impact every day living.   Hypospadias is a common birth defect where the urinary opening is not at the correct location.

It can be an embarrassing condition because urine constantly leaks which causes sore skin and risking  infections.  It has been linked to an increased risk of testicular cancer and urinary tract infections.

Hypospadias surgery is ranked among one of the top health interventions in developing countries and is typical of the low-cost, high-impact operations we fund. 

Donations covered every aspect of his operation from transport to the actual surgery and post-op medications. Our XNRG fundraiser covered the bill for his operation.  🙌
