Ramula has made a great recovery following her operation.

Ramula had been living with a steadily growing odontogenic tumour that was making it difficult for her to eat comfortably and had begin to disfigure her face.

Ramula's family knew she needed medical care but simply couldn't afford to reach the nearest hospital and to pay for surgery.

However, after hearing about Ramula we were able to organise a consultation where it was confirmed that surgery was her only option.

Thanks to a grant from the Tula Trust Ramula was able to get the surgery she needed. The donation covered every aspect of her treatment including the actual surgery, performed by maxillofacial surgeon Dr Adrian Kamulegeya, post-operative care and transport to and from hospital.

Ramula has made a great recovery and is now able to eat comfortably and regain her confidence.
