8-yr-old Lucy needed surgery for a large benign tumour....

When our healthcare workers were told about a little girl called Lucy who had a huge tumour on her face we knew we needed to see if we could help.  

Lucy's family sold everything they could to get her the surgery she needed but no hospital within their reach could perform the complex operation.

Our healthcare team drove over six hours to her village to see what we could do.

We're so pleased we were able to be able to schedule her operation, performed by Dr. Adrian Kamulegeya, Maxillofacial Surgeon.

Lucy's life is transformed. Lucy is no longer in any pain and she has now returned to school where she loves studying and being with her friends.

Our Christmas ultra in partnership with XNRG starts on December 1st & we'll be running or walking until Christmas Eve tracking everyone's progress on the live leaderboard.

It costs £15 to enter with the money raised helping fund more operations for children like Lucy.
