Kintu can now breath properly after adenoid surgery

Kintu can now breath properly after surgery to remove enlarged adenoids.

Kintu’s mum was worried about her little boy as he had been struggling to breath properly for sometime.  After attending one of our clinics Kintu was diagnosed with enlarged adenoids, a condition that includes persistent congestion, ear problems, sinusitis and disruption to sleep and problems eating.

Donations covered the cost of an adenoidectomy, performed by Dr Julius Wambete. Kintu's mum reports that since the operation he's been sleeping and eating better and hasn't had any more sore throats.

Donations from our September XNRG fundraiser covered every aspect of Kintu's treatment including the actual surgery, transport and post-op care.
