This December, we’re joining forces with the UltraBritain and XNRG teams for an extraordinary festive challenge – travelling almost 10,000km from the XNRG HQ in Amersham, UK, all the way to Platinum Hospital in Uganda!
From 1st to 24th December, we’ll be covering the distance virtually across France, through the Trans-Sahara Highway, and down to Uganda in support of Humanity Direct and their incredible work providing life-changing medical care for children
This appeal comes directly from Dr Kamulegeya at Platinum Hospital, who urgently needs vital pieces of medical equipment; 2 bronchoscopes, and a video laryngoscope. Without them, two patients awaiting surgery cannot yet be treated. By raising the funds to purchase this equipment, we can help ensure these operations and many more in the future can go ahead.
Whether you run or walk, every mile and every pound brings us closer to our goal. This Christmas, let’s go the distance together for Humanity Direct and Platinum Hospital!
