7-yr-old Joy can now walk without pain after vital hernia surgery

7-yr-old Joy is now eagerly looking forward to walking to school free from pain following successful hernia surgery.

The life-changing operation was performed by Dr. Dan Namuguzi, Consultant Urologist.

This was all made possible by the efforts of Archie, who took part in our XNRG ultra marathon fundraiser, raising over £200 to cover the cost of Joy's medical care.

The money raised paid for the surgery, transportation to and from hospital, essential medical supplies, medications, and post-operative care, ensuring Joy made a full recovery.

This is Joy, leaving the hospital after surgery, who wanted to show how she could walk again without any difficulty.
