Raheel has made a swift recovery from his operation 🩺

Raheel has had the surgery he needed for severe hypospadias.

This simple yet life-changing procedure has corrected the position of his urethra, enabling him to urinate properly.

Before surgery, Raheel's condition made daily life a struggle. The constant risk of urine leakage was not only uncomfortable and stigmatising but also put him at a higher risk of urinary tract infections, posing  long-term health risks to his bladder and kidneys.

Hypospadias surgery is ranked among one of the top health interventions in low income countries and is typical of the low-cost, high-impact operations we fund.
