Ronald is able to play after his surgery

4-yr-old Ronald has had the surgery he needed!

Ronald has made a great recovery after treatment for a urethrocutaneous fistula, a condition affecting the ability to urinate properly and one that could only be corrected by surgery.

The operation means he's no longer in any discomfort and his mum doesn't have to worry about the condition deteriorating and risking more problems in the future.

The surgery was more expensive than our usual operations costing over £500 because the operation was slightly more complex than other more routine operations.

We were able to cover the costs of this operation thanks to the money raised at the XNRG Chiltern Challenge in July.
