Ivan can now move his arm again after successful surgery to release a contracture.

18-yr-old Ivan has the use of his arm back again after successful surgery.  

Ivan had lost the use of his right arm after sustaining burns in a cooking fire a few years ago.  Unable to reach any medical care the skin fused together leaving Ivan unable to move his arm.   Ivan has always been top in his class but as he's right handed he struggled to take notes.  

We're pleased to update that Ivan has now had the operation he needed - a contracture release - that will give him full mobility back so he can return to school and write with ease once again.  The cost of the surgery was covered by donations raised by Paul who took part in our XNRG fundraiser in September.
