How many hospitals does Humanity Direct work with?

Humanity Direct works primarily with Platinum Hospital in Uganda, ensuring children receive life-changing medical treatment at no cost to their families. By partnering directly with a trusted hospital rather than lots of hospitals, we can fund surgeries efficiently, making the best use of every donation.

Why Platinum Hospital?

Platinum Hospital is a well-established medical facility with experienced surgeons and healthcare professionals. It provides a wide range of surgeries, from urgent, life-saving procedures to operations that restore mobility, improve vision, and enhance quality of life.

Our partnership with Platinum Hospital allows us to:

  • Keep costs low by working with skilled local surgeons rather than relying on expensive international interventions.
  • Ensure donations directly fund medical procedures rather than being absorbed by unnecessary overheads.
  • Provide sustainable healthcare solutions by supporting local medical teams who understand the needs of their communities.

Because we work so closely with the hospital, donors can see exactly how their contributions are used. Unlike many traditional charities, every pound given to Humanity Direct goes directly towards surgery, meaning your support has a real and immediate impact.

Expanding Our Reach

While Platinum Hospital is our main partner, we’re always looking for ways to expand our impact and considering more hospitals. As funding grows, we aim to collaborate with additional hospitals to help even more children access essential medical care.

How Your Donation Helps

Every donation to Humanity Direct helps fund surgeries at Platinum Hospital. Your support can relieve pain, restore sight, improve mobility, and even save lives. If you’d like to know more about our hospital partnerships or how your donation is used, feel free to get in touch.

Thank you for being part of this work – together, we’re changing lives.
