HUMANITY DIRECT VIRTUAL RUN TO UGANDA
We were sad to cancel our annual Humanity Direct Chiltern Ultra due to Coronavirus, but that doesn’t mean we can’t still get outside and raise vital funds for our efforts in Uganda. So we’ve created a virtual run to Uganda taking place between July 1st and 11th. It’s free to enter and you can run as little or much as you want! Go here to sign up on the Ultra Britain site.
The distance from Princes Risborough (the site of our cancelled July event) to Uganda is 6,318 miles, so we’re aiming for everyone who signs up to collectively run that distance between July 1st and 11th. Just link up your Strava account and activity and run as little or as much as you want.
The event is free to enter but we are hoping to raise £10,000 for our efforts in helping children receive life saving medical treatment, so please consider a donation or fundraising for Humanity Direct.
