Collins

Collins had been living with a severe genital abnormality that caused significant discomfort and affected both his physical health and confidence.

For Collins and his family, the need for corrective surgery was clear, but accessing safe surgery simply wasn't affordable.

Thanks to a grant from the Tula Trust, we were able to fund four operations including Collins'.  The donation covered every aspect of Collin's operation from the actual surgery including post-op care and the transport to and from hospital.

Collins’ surgery was successfully carried out by urologist Dr Dan Namaguzi and we're happy to update that Collins is now far more comfortable, and no longer faces the daily pain that once limited him.

Collins’ story is a great reminder of how access to safe and  timely surgical care can change lives.
