14-year-old Imran, recently underwent successful surgery to remove an ossifying fibroma, a rare benign bone tumour affecting his jaw and facial bones.

While not cancerous, the tumour had the potential to grow and cause damage to surrounding bone and tissue, affecting his ability to eat, speak, and enjoy everyday life.

Under the expert care of consultant maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Daniel Macho, the tumour was carefully removed, and the affected bone reconstructed to restore both function and appearance.

The surgery went smoothly, and Imran is now recovering well.

Thanks to this operation, Imran can now eat, speak, and smile without discomfort, regaining confidence and normalcy in his daily life.
